I'm a certified coach who focuses on freedom and soul work for men. I live with my family in Northern Colorado.
I’ve heard it appropriately said, “You are meant to please only two people in this life - your 8 year old self and your 80 year old self.”
If you are struggling and can’t see past your own failures and feeling discouraged - I can fully understand. I 100% believe there is hope for you. Most of us weren’t taught the way of freedom nor where the battle must be fought - and even if it could be really be won. Shame wants to isolate you and keep you doing the same thing in the same way with the hope - maybe one day - there will be different result. Unfortunately …it isn’t true.
You can choose to do the work and become a responsABLE man. The first step is recognizing you may need help working things through. It takes courage and is vulnerable. I would love to walk alongside you in that pursuit.
